One of the biggest Cinema Sins-esque critiques of Marvel movies is how much infrastructure destruction is involved in "saving the town." Sure, it's technically sound that the bad guys aren't winning, but the number of cars and buildings destroyed in fictional depictions of Manhattan cannot be overstated. There has been a lot of hyperbolic complaining about "rising crime" in various urban centers in real life. It's difficult to gauge the validity of these complaints because so many people complaining about crime aren't using statistics, just vibes alone. But if we lived in a superhero town, we would know when crime would be afoot because Spider-Man or Batman would have accidentally blown up your car while stopping their nemesis.
